Data Analyst: Oracle Support
Job Description
We are looking for a Data Support Analyst to ensure our data and reporting frameworks within the Oracle solution are well maintained at a high level of data quality, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of that data to enable robust organizational decision making and maximum effectiveness of end to end processing.
You will be responsible for transforming raw data into structured information and providing insightful and tailored reporting for a range of key stakeholders.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring data is cleaned, prepared, and where needed transformed to Oracle standards, supporting migration activities where required.
Conducting routine data management activities
Identifying, detecting and decoding trends and patterns within intricate datasets and resolving any data errors and issues
Creating and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports from Oracle data
Identifying opportunities for process improvements through enhancement and management of underlying data
Employing statistical techniques to scrutinise data and produce actionable business insights
Developing and presenting data through dashboard, charts, and graphs to make the data understandable and insightful
Collecting, integrating and analysing data from various sources
Working collaboratively to understand and confirm requirements for improvements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
Ability to utilise statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships and trends
A solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software and mastery in data analysis languages such as SQL
Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness
The ability to evaluate data to drive meaningful, actionable insights
The ability to simplify complex data insights for audiences without a technical background
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a comparable discipline
Prior experience in data analysis or a related field (desirable)
Experience of Oracle Fusion or similar complex financial systems
Strong ownership and accountability along with a positive can do attitude
Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills
