Retail Technology Lead
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead who will wear the hats of product, technical and project manager – leading digital innovation, managing software subscriptions and integrations that makes both our customer’s, and our team’s lives easier.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Fettle, development agencies and the wider ETEL technology teams, helping bridge the gap between our fettle-specific innovations and the broader ETEL technology infrastructure. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our tech solutions not only meet the needs of today but are scalable and future-ready as we expand.
Location: Fettle HQ is based in London, ETEL HQ is in Letchworth. All members of the IT organisation are “Remote Workers”, working in a hybrid capacity at home, the office, or any other relevant location, depending on the needs of the business.
Skills
You get IT systems, software development, and data like it’s second nature.
A solid grasp of business ops and how things really work.
People person? Check! You can talk tech with the nerds and make it make sense for the rest.
You know how to turn tech gobbledygook into plain English.
You can match tech ideas with business goals and show how they boost the bottom line.
Problem-solving is your jam.
Data analysis tools? You’ve got them in your back pocket.
Project management down to a tee.
Highly organised with the ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple demands whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and providing results.
You thrive in the fast lane and love a bit of chaos.
It’s a bonus if you harbour a passion (or even obsession!) for all things cycling, bikes and bike repair!
