Full time maternity cover required from February 2025
Salary range: M1-M4 (dependant on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis and are looking for a teacher who can engage and inspire pupils, making learning fun, accessible and challenging.
Main Purpose
The teacher will:
Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document
Meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
Uphold the school’s Mission Statement, ethos and values
Key responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Assess, track and report on the progress and attainment of pupils
Foster a positive learning environment, promoting respect and inclusion.
To take responsibility for the welfare and safety of all children on the school roll, but specifically those in the teacher’s own class
To coordinate the work of the support staff in the classroom
Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
