Our Spa and Leisure Club Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our villages on-site spa. They are responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction, our Spa Manager helps create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for our valued residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in plant room management, pool management and have a fitness qualification so they can deliver exercise classes to our residents. So if you are passionate about wellness and have strong managerial skills with the above experience, then this will offer a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact.
