Helpdesk Operator
Job Description
Looking for a fulfilling role in a vital service? We’re searching for a full-time Helpdesk Operator to join the team at Homerton University Hospital.
As a Helpdesk Operator, you will need to adopt an adaptive, flexible, and proactive approach in interacting with and supporting the team on site.
Your role will be central to ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of services across the business, providing critical support to the management team.
You’ll play a crucial role in call handling ensuring that the soft service departments run efficiently.
The Role
Answer internal calls within agreed KPI and SLA agreements
Provide efficient, courteous, and helpful support to callers
Operate internal bleep system
Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to the client
Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective
Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed
Work within given guidelines and company processes and procedures
About You
Enthusiastic approach to work
