We are seeking a Building Services Apprentice with some commercial experience in electrical, maintenance, or building services to join our team on a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekend or night shifts available to expand learning opportunities.

As an apprentice, you’ll be trained or currently training at Electrical Level 2 or Level 3, working under skilled mentors on a structured program designed to build both technical and soft skills.

You’ll develop a varied skill set, including electrical work, plumbing, mechanical maintenance, drainage, leak investigation, and general landlord repairs such as washroom maintenance, tiling, and other general maintenance tasks.

This apprenticeship provides a solid foundation for a rewarding career, offering clear progression paths for those willing to put in the effort. Internal growth potential is built into the role, with opportunities to transition into permanent, skilled positions upon program completion.

We’re looking for a motivated, proactive individual who is eager to learn and feels confident in performing installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Train in Electrical Level 2 or 3 under skilled mentors, following a structured program
Develop skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical maintenance, drainage, leak investigation, washroom maintenance, tiling, and general repairs
Engage in installations, maintenance, and repairs with a proactive, motivated approach
Work closely with experienced engineers, ensuring high standards and timely completion of tasks
Support community development and encourage long-term growth within the organisation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Eligible to work in UK
Ideally fluent in English language
Good attitude and well presented
Ideally already enrolled in Electrical Installation / Maintenance Level 2 or 3
