Security Officer

The Role
Providing outstanding front of House service
Conducting thorough and effective site patrols
Reporting all maintenance issues
Supporting the Reception Desk, Loading Bay, and any other reasonable requests
Supporting the Security team and its functions as a team player
Providing the highest level of service within your area of responsibility in line with the agreed specifications
Accountability for the day-to-day successful delivery in your area of responsibility
Responding positively, politely, and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
Ensuring an accurate flow of communication in the day-to-day service delivery of the contract
Making yourself familiar with and following all company procedures and regulations
Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses, hazards you encounter to your Supervisor/Line Manager
About You
A positive attitude with experience in a customer service role
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
A valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV license
Knowledge and experience with security systems
Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
Basic computer literacy required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
