As a Sous Chef with ISS UK, you will work alongside your team aiding the preparation food in our kitchens and helping to deliver a great service.

The Role
Cover all aspects of the operation in the absence of the Chef Manager
Meet/exceed catering food budget
Ensure full compliance to company HSEQ policies & procedures
Display excellent customer service interactions & service standards
Control & measure operational food waste
About You
NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification
Passionate about great-tasting food
Advanced understanding of the principals of food hygiene
Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
Have a desire to succeed in your role
Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention for detail
Both a supportive and helpful individual
Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
