Full Time, Fixed Term contract until September 2025, paying a salary of up to Permanent – Up to £30,492 per annum depending on experience.

We’re looking for a full time Customer Insight Co-ordinator to support our Customer and Insight team at our Milton Keynes office. You will deliver exceptional customer service and complete all administrative tasks required of you.

The successful candidate for this role will be customer focused, passionate about service, a confident communicator and have attention to detail.

About the role:
You will be responsible to support the Customer Insight requirements for Mears Group by managing incoming requests from our business units for insight, engaging with third-party suppliers to create the surveys and analysing the results once surveys are completed. You will create customer feedback reports to share with our branches and senior management. You will ensure effective communication across all areas of Mears Group and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholder groups and third parties.

Role Criteria:
Previous customer insight experience, including using customer feedback/analytics tools
Solid experience in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Ability to build relationships
Ability to manage complex situations
