This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the market.
About The Role:
Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However the days could alternate depending on Projects

OCS are recruiting for a Handyperson to join our team on one of our key contracts. This role will report to the IIFM Manager to deal with day to day maintenance issues.

Main responsibilities for this role involve:

Fixing light replacements
Door adjustments (Hinges, handles, fire seals strips)
Basic plumbing work like changing sink waste traps, etc.
Painting/decorating
Assembling/dismantling flat packs furniture, Helping with Moving items internally
Health and safety awareness
Good with Hand tools/Power tools
General maintenance and repair tasks
Adaptable in handling basic repairs, cosmetic upkeeps

The successful candidate must have:

Ability to adapt to different situations, depending on the need of the business
Right to work in UK
Working experience within a similar handyperson/maintenance role
Trustworthy, Punctual, detail oriented and precise
Ability to work independently
A good knowledge of electrical work and plumbing is desirable,
