An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Administrator within the Finance Support Team at County Hall providing financial administration within Accounts Payable.
The role
We require a motivated administrator with a positive and pro-active approach. You will need excellent communication and analytical skills suitable for dealing with a number of finance functions.
You will cover a wide range of financial administrative duties and data input, including: supplier set-ups, supplier changes and updating bank account details, Inputting invoices (including CIS deductions), weekly and monthly payment runs and dealing with queries via phone and email.
What you will bring
The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills attention to detail and have experience in Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with Oracle would be an advantage. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential. You must also be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious and well organised.
