Job Description
Handle and resolve customer queries via telephone and email
Provide customers with accurate, valid, and complete information regarding financial services
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Manage customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Familiarity with financial services and products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
