Job Description
The Associate Client Services Officer will:
Identify opportunities to enhance client servicing.
Manage client accounts throughout their lifecycle, from pre-account submissions to ongoing support.
Drive operational projects and ensure adherence to processes and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Foster and maintain key relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
Provide high-touch client service and ensure client efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Associate Client Services Officer candidate will have some experience in financial services, strong time management skills, and a methodical approach to work. They will possess excellent communication and client service skills, demonstrate proactivity, and thrive in challenging environments. A team player with a strategic mindset and attention to detail, the candidate will excel at problem-solving and building trust with stakeholders.
