Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative Support for the CIO, Including diary, inbox and travel arrangements.
Proactively manage schedule of roadshows and conferences across the UK, Europe, US and Canada
Event and project coordination, being the first POC for investors and all external stakeholders.
Track expenditure, prepare and process invoices, reconcile expenses,
Assist with maintaining the CRM, contact records, and client reports
Office Management including building and facilities management
co-ordinate and review supplier contracts, identifying cost saving opportunities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
High energy and sophisticated communication skills.
