Job Description

The responsibilities of the Data Licensing Administrator include:

Manage administrative tasks related to data licensing and market data, such as monthly exchange reporting, invoice reconciliations, and contract submissions.
Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving data licensing efficiencies and cost management.
Assist with contract administration, execution, and maintaining the firm’s data catalogue.
Enable user data access and monitor relevant communications.
Undertake various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Data Licensing Administrator will exhibit professionalism, integrity, and a strong attention to detail. They should possess exceptional organisational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow processes accurately.
