Role Description
Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Experience in receptionist duties
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
Using hosted multi-line phone systems to place, take calls and record messages
Contacting employees regarding visitors
Sorting and distributing mail
Prioritising phone calls, messages and visitors by urgency and importance
Organising boardroom schedules to prevent overlapping meetings or bookings
Scanning, copying, binding and emailing documents for record keeping
Arranging for and serving drinks or snacks to clients
Ordering office staples like sugar, milk, air freshener, printing paper and pens
Answering general queries coming from the general public
