About Our Client
A top tier law firm is now looking for legal admin support with 1-2 years of experience in law firm or professional services, supporting general office administrative tasks and IT support.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform photocopying and scanning tasks, including the preparation of court bundles.
Provide IT support by collaborating with the IT Manager to resolve day-to-day technical issues.
Deliver documents to the court and manage hand deliveries.
Order office supplies and oversee the management of the firm’s stationery account.
Maintain organisation and general upkeep of the office environment.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Experience in a legal or administrative role.
1-2 years of experience in a legal administrative position preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
