The team you’ll work with:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of business analysis, change management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will head high-impact change initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance data capabilities to support business decision making.

The position involves stakeholder management at a senior level, liaising with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with business, IT and changes teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing strategic decisions, providing insights, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that enhances operational efficiency within Client Lifecycle Management team.
What you can expect to be doing
Proven experience managing complex change initiatives within CLM or financial services, driving process optimization, and enhancing compliance and efficiency. Ability to develop business cases, assess impacts, and manage risks and dependencies.
Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, lead workshops, drive strategic discussions, and secure buy-in across business, IT, and risk functions.
Expertise in data analytics, trend identification, and process improvements. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, or Tableau for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Advanced problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail. Skilled in creating executive-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, financial services, or a related domain.
