We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Machine Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client in North Hykeham. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your expertise will help minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Full time, permanent

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to address machine-related concerns.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
To source parts as and when required
Requirements:

Proven experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
