Commercial Pricing & Modelling

Developing the commercial strategy and approach for global or regional large scale single or major multi-x bids.
Specializing in multiple product pricing strategies.
Hands on approach and able to price/lead complex IFM opportunities themselves.
Leading and managing cross regional pricing teams where necessary.
Working across the business & providing guidance and challenge to internal teams on our models and pricing / cost inputs
Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and executives those of the client.
Manage P&L, cash flow, risk modelling.
Leading Commercial Review Board (CRB) deal reviews and presentations on the Commercial Model and P&Ls for major deals.
Work with business group leaders and board to understand and mitigate the risk and opportunities around deals.
Client facing deal negotiation & agility to cover other aspects versus just pricing and commercials.
Ensure continuous improvements, innovation mindset is at the forefront to adapt pricing to enable a speedier response to bids & ensure a full end to end audit trail.
People Management

Managing the pricing team and developing the team creating a culture of collaboration, positive learning and teamwork
Identifying your team’s strengths and improvement areas, leading them to excel through coaching, feedback and recognition.
Team development, training including maintaining career development plans for all.

Process & Tools

Continue to drive process improvements through the sales lifecycle process and accuracy of pricing within EMEA
Commercial Pricing process improvement/ development in EMEA with global collaboration.
Responsible for establishing and tracking Cost benchmarking and competitor pricing analysis.
Global collaboration to share ideas and drive continuous improvements.
Input into & support development of Global pricing tools, internal costing methodologies and process changes.
Deployment & adoption of enhanced processes and tools within EMEA as appropriate.
Ensure pricing handover to transition/due diligence teams is seamless.
Additional Duties:

Deep-diving into commercials for renewals and making recommendations for future commercial improvements.
Leading ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Ad-hoc Client Consultancy work support as required.
Input to Management Reporting as needed.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Strong analytical skills, and must be comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
High level of system skills and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Confident in client facing and board level situations
People management skills & leadership qualities
Ability to manage multiple work streams with demanding time pressures
Able to understand and interpret complex financial and commercial situations and explain to a variety of stakeholders.
Deep industry knowledge specifically Workplace Management.
Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in pricing and commercial modelling on complex outsourcing contracts, ideally within the commercial real estate industry, with at least 7 years of experience as a people manager
Qualified Accountant / QS. Very high level of system skills
