Role: Ergonomist

We’re looking for a Senior Ergonomist to join our Primary Care team working on a prestigious corporate client site in Chester.
As a Senior Ergonomist you will report into the Head of Physiotherapy and provide support to the clients Human Resources and Health and Safety teams. You’ll also train new ergonomists that are working at the client site. This is a really interesting role and you will be involved in ensuring the efficient performance of the client office ergonomics department and manage your own performance, ensuring that all obligations of your role are fulfilled.
You’ll sometimes be asked to present management information to clients and provide strategic advice in regards to ergonomics.
The Display Screen Equipment (DSE)/Workstation Assessor is an important service in the occupational health team. Your role is to ensure that the employer is meeting their obligations under the Display Screen Equipment Act 1992. You will also provide support and advice to both the employee and employer to ensure that the workplace environment is safe and productive and will be expected to have a client load of your own.

What you’ll bring:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to produce concise and accurate reports for clients
Experience of producing accurate statistics for finance team for invoicing
Ability to be responsive to the clients needs
Experience of providing guidance and leadership to the DSE team
Word, Excel and Outlook competence
Experience in completing workstation assessments
Excellent organisation skills with a high attention to detail
