Job Title: Billing/Collections Officer
Location: Prestatyn, North Wales
Salary: £26,052

+ up to £3,000 bonus

Shifts: Full Time (37.5 hours), Monday-Friday

Fixed-Term: 9 months

 

We are looking for a Billing/Collections Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team based in Prestatyn. The Billing/Collections Officer is responsible for billing Embassy and PMI accounts and working closely with the facilities to ensure accounts are marked ready to bill, billing in accordance with contractual agreements and departmental target.

What you’ll do:

Work closely with Revenue Cycle colleagues to ensure comprehensive data is communicated to relevant teams on a timely basis.
Maintaining focus on month end results, maximising our opportunities to achieve set targets
Take ownership for the generic mailbox to ensure response times are adhered to
A champion who is open to change, flexibility and available to assist in other areas of Revenue with queries and guidance.
Work collaboratively between all Revenue teams and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and development to unify the Revenue Cycle
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience within a customer service environment.
Billing experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Experience presenting financial information
Team player and ability to build effective working relationships
Working collaboratively (rather than competitively) with others to achieve a common goal.
Computer literate including Microsoft Office – Excel.
