  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in an accountancy practice environment
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios and supervising staff
  • Excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines
