�? What You’ll Be Doing:
Stepping in to support classrooms on a day-to-day basis

Helping students engage with learning in a fun and meaningful way

Providing care, encouragement, and a calm, consistent presence

Supporting the class teacher and working collaboratively with a dedicated team

Assisting with personal care and sensory needs where required

Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

?? What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an SEN setting is great, but not essential

Personal or professional experience supporting individuals with additional needs (e.g. family carers, youth work, social care) is valued just as highly

A positive, can-do attitude and bags of patience

Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to get involved

Someone who’s ready to learn, grow and be part of a passionate support team
