SEN Teaching Assistant – Watford

I am currently working alongside an SEN school based in Watford, looking to appoint an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students with Autism and/or Complex Needs.

About the school:

• Mainstream primary with ARP on site
• Nurturing environment with tailored education
• Small classes, dedicated staff, and a supportive leadership team
• Focused on student confidence, skills, and inclusivity
• Training and regular CPD’s provided by the school

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working across primary from Early Years to KS2
• Comfortable supporting students with moderate to severe Autism
• Can work from 08:30 AM to 3:30PM
• Be patient, reliable, and nurturing
• Be able to trial and/or interview immediately
