Pay: £20-£24 per hour (LTD, Umbrella, CIS, PAYE options available)

Randstad is proud to be partnering with a leading client in the responsive repairs sector. They’re seeking skilled and dedicated Multi-Trade Operatives to join their fast-paced team, delivering critical repairs and maintenance to residential properties going through insurance claims.

The Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks. Your core expertise in carpentry or plumbing will be essential, and ideally, you’ll have a proven track record in a similar contractor or client-side environment. You’ll need to be adept at assessing problems, finding practical solutions across different trades, and providing efficient troubleshooting.

About You

• Relevant experience and a proven track record in the construction or building maintenance industry
• A diverse skill set, proficient in performing various construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, and kitchen fitting
• The ability to work directly with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions
• A valid UK driving license
• Your own tools and transport
