With a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth, we are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight and supporting business performance.

Role Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and corporate functions to ensure financial integrity and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
  • Lead month-end close processes, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Analyse key financial and non-financial KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Assist in cost centre reporting, overhead analysis, and profitability reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the finance function
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards
  • Support internal and external audits and provide relevant documentation
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and financial modelling to support business cases and strategic initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a management accounting, FP&A, or business partnering role
  • Experience working in a large or complex organization preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Hyperion)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and producing clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
