Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Plumbing across Level 1 to Level 3.
• Support and mentor learners in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and course materials in line with curriculum standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of plumbing curriculum and promote best teaching practices.
• Maintain a safe and engaging workshop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in college meetings, CPD, and enrichment activities.

Skills & Experience:

• A relevant Plumbing qualification (minimum Level 3).
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
• Industry experience in plumbing or related trade.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to supporting learners in achieving their goals.
• A clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
