We’re hiring for an experienced administrator with a background in UK quality standards, audits and ISO compliance (ideally ISO 9001 or 14001) This is a hands-on role supporting a busy Quality Manager at a growing engineering company in Rugby.

There’s no hybrid working, no training period, and no slow start – we need someone who can hit the ground running and is very much immediate start (this week ideally).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintaining and updating documentation in line with ISO standards
• Keeping training and compliance records accurate and audit-ready
• Supporting internal audits and assisting with ISO 9001 / 14001 compliance
• Working closely with the Quality Manager to ensure the business remains fully compliant

What You Must Have:

• Experience with UK quality standards / ISO (9001 / 14001 preferred)
• Strong admin background, ideally in engineering, manufacturing or logistics
• Excellent attention to detail and confident with documentation control
• Live locally to Rugby (this is fully site-based with no hybrid option)
• Be available to start this week (this is an urgent role)
