What we offer our Evening Health Care Assistants:

• Starting salary: £13.025 per hour
• Weekend salary: £14.50 per hour
• £19.88 per hour on bank holidays

Duties may include:

• Motivating your client to get the most out of their day
• All aspects of personal care
• Administering medication
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Driving clients to appointments or supporting in the community

Requirements of an Evening Health Care Assistant:

• Availability: Must offer a minimum of one evening per week and one weekend day every other weekend.
• Hours: Between 4pm – 11pm on week days and 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm on weekends.
• Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Passion for Care: A genuine passion for helping others is essential.
• Team Player: Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate: Right at Home Derby will cover the cost of your DBS application.
• Willingness to Learn: We provide a comprehensive and free Right at Home induction program that equips you with all the information and skills you need to begin a rewarding career in care.
