Responsibilities

As a Care Team Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching, mentor and support the care team
• Playing a key role in our recruitment and retention
• Working with our Care Co-ordinator to match staff to customers
• Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld in the field
• Monitoring performance and carry out reviews/supervisions
• Leading and participating in the team’s training, meetings, appraisals, and career development
• Supporting with some emergency line duties.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Be a real team player
• Care experience is beneficial
• Positive attitude and the drive to succeed
• Full driving licence and own vehicle
• A level 2 in health and social care is desirable but not essential
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available unfortunately)
