Reed Talent Solutions are looking to recruit an Onboarding Specialist on a FTC basis until February 2026 to support the Royal Mail account. You will support candidates through the clearance and checks required before they start work. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, process-driven environments and are keen to meet targets and SLAs.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Create and issue offer letters to successful candidates.
- Collect and screen eligibility to work documentation.
- Issue and monitor screening links to ensure timely completion.
- Guide candidates through the screening process, providing support and clarification as needed.
- Update and manage internal systems to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates about the status of their applications and any next steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other roles within KPI and target-driven environments is highly beneficial.
- High level of IT literacy and proficiency in using various software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in handling phone calls and email correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with the capability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary, but a background in similar roles with transferable skills is preferred
