Are you a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge with a highly respected and forward-thinking law firm? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and collaborative Private Client team in Stamford, working on high-value and complex matters.

About the Role
You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:

• Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assets
• Succession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issues
• Drafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documents
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their families
• Handling Court of Protection matters and supporting clients with long-term care planning

This role offers exposure across the full spectrum of private client work, with opportunities to develop your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage your own caseload with strong financial oversight
• Supervise, mentor and support junior team members
• Conduct client meetings (in-person and remote) and provide clear, empathetic advice
• Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence
• Stay up to date with legal developments and best practice
• Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years PQE in private client law
• Strong experience in estate administration and working with vulnerable clients
• Excellent communication, drafting and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning
