Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Property team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing and the capability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership matters, and general residential conveyancing transactions.
• Manage cases involving registered and unregistered land.
• Progress new build transactions, including liaising with developers, managing tight exchange deadlines, and meeting lender requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal standards and client expectations.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the team’s success.
