The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities across our portfolio of award-winning B2B events.

This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role where success comes from building relationships, generating new business and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be expected to maintain a minimum of 70 minutes of outbound client engagement each day while managing your own sales pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
• Managing your own sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiating prices and confidently closing sales.
• Following up enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our event portfolio.
• Representing Broadway Events at exhibitions and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development or exhibition sales would be an advantage.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls in a target-driven environment.
• Motivated, resilient and driven to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
• A positive team player with a professional approach.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
