About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join secondary schools in Plymouth as Teaching Assistants. You’ll gain invaluable classroom experience, supporting teachers and students, and developing the skills that will set you up for a successful teaching career.

• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Supporting students with learning, including one-to-one and small group work
• Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour
• Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment
