Role: Senior Account Manager

Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £50k per annum + Bonus

A well-established creative and branding agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead major client relationships and support long-term business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll act as the primary client contact, driving strategic brand development, overseeing account performance, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions.
• Oversee day-to-day account communications, project updates, and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects stay on track.
• Handle commercial conversations including budgets, scope management, and account growth.
• Support the onboarding and development of new client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, and delivery functions.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior account management or client services role, ideally within a creative, branding, marketing, or integrated agency.
• Strong background managing consumer or FMCG brands.
• Confident leading client conversations, presenting recommendations, and managing challenging situations.
• Commercially aware, with experience identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on account management.
• Skilled at building trust, influencing stakeholders, and delivering excellent client experiences.
