Temporary Receptionist Opportunities – Flexible, Ad Hoc Work

Are you an experienced receptionist looking for flexible, ad hoc work? We are currently recruiting professional receptionists to support a variety of clients across Croydon on a temporary basis, covering annual leave, sickness, and additional business requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced front-of-house professionals who enjoy working in different environments and can quickly adapt to new workplaces while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
• Managing a busy reception area and ensuring a positive visitor experience
• Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
• Monitoring and responding to emails where required
• Managing meeting room bookings and preparing refreshments for guests
• Carrying out a range of administrative and office support duties
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
• Supporting wider office and facilities functions as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing office role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
• Professional presentation and business attire suitable for client-facing environments
