I’m working with a fast-growing, award-winning luxury travel company based in Croydon, and they’re looking for ambitious, well-travelled individuals to join their high-performing sales team.

The Role
As a Travel Sales Consultant, you’ll be:

• Using a consultative sales approach to design and sell bespoke luxury holidays
• Building long-term relationships and managing a portfolio of loyal clients
• Keeping up to date with travel trends, destinations, and experiences
• Consistently exceeding targets through upselling and cross-selling

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, target-driven individuals who love exceeding goals
• A genuine passion for travel with strong destination knowledge
• Confident communicators with a consultative sales mindset
• Ability to commute daily to Croydon (CR0)

Working Hours

• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• Standard hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Includes 2 late shifts per week (11:00am – 8:00pm or 12:00pm – 9:00pm)
