Support Worker
Location: Wiltshire
Pay: £13.50 per hour (Days) | £14.50 per hour (Nights) | £60 Sleep-In Rate
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a supportive team within a 3-bedded residential care home supporting adults aged 66-75.
The service provides specialist support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Neurological Conditions (including Parkinson’s Disease), and End-of-Life Care needs.

The Role

• Provide high-quality personal care and support
• Assist with moving and handling, including hoisting
• Administer medication safely
• Support residents with social activities and community engagement
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Use de-escalation techniques to support residents when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, neurological conditions, or end-of-life care needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing personal care
• Knowledge of moving and handling procedures
• Positive, fun, and compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work well within a team
