Outbound Sales Advisor

Salary: £25,506 plus average bonus earning potential of £6,200-£8,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Fully Remote, Mainland UK only
Start dates: 14th/28th September. 5th/12th/19th/26th October.

About the role
As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll speak with existing customers to understand their needs and introducing them to new products and understanding their individual needs and recommending the most suitable package for them.

You’ll use your sales and communication skills to build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, this is a target-driven, outbound sales environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable having sales conversations, handling objections and working towards measurable performance targets.

You’ll be supported throughout your journey, with two weeks’ initial training followed by ongoing coaching and development to help you build your confidence, achieve your targets and progress within the business.

What experience do you need?
We’re looking for someone who is motivated by sales, comfortable working towards targets and enjoys building relationships with customers.

You’ll need:

• At least 12 months’ experience in a target-driven sales environment within the last 3 years
• Experience in direct-to-customer sales, such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales or another high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A driven and resilient approach, with a genuine motivation to achieve targets

Working hours
This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns operating within 9am-7pm:

• Role 1: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 10:30am-7pm. Fridays 9am-5:30pm.
• Role 2, shift pattern 1: Monday 10am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, Friday 9:30am-4pm
• Role 2, shift pattern 2: Monday 10:30am-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 9:30am-4pm
