Arunside Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly person with to join our hardworking and dedicated team of professionals.

The successful candidate will:

• Reception services of the school, managing the flow of visitors/enquiries
• School Trip & Club Management
• School Policy communication and monitoring
• Clerk to the Governors
• Clerical and Admin support working alongside the Admin team
The successful candidate should ideally:

• Have exceptional organisation, administrative and IT skills
• Be proactive and demonstrative initiative, whilst being able to manage their time effectively
• Be emotionally intelligent, have excellent communication skills and able to establish excellent relationships with children, staff, parents and other stakeholders
• Be a team player and will support and promote the vision of the school

8.00am – 4.30pm – 4 days
8.00am – 12.30pm – 1 day
