Job title: Courseware Media Developer
Location: RAF Marham – Onsite only
Salary: £37,548 (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Sustainment, upkeep and development of new Courseware, as requirements dictate, for F-35 Lightning II delivered to both Pilots and Ground crew
Directly update Courseware utilising the Learning Content Management System (LCMS), specifically using dominKnow
Directly update Lesson and syllabus data in the Instructional System Design (ISD) Database
Create and update graphical content, including 3d models using Blender, Unity, 3ds Max and the Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro)
Support the development of Pilot Training Aid (PTA) sovereign scenarios
Produce schematics, block diagrams etc. from existing lessons
Report to the Instructional Products Support Team (IPST) Lead
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Qualification in media design and/or 3D modelling (or equivalent experience with supporting portfolio)
Qualification in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and 3d Modelling applications such as Blender, 3dS Max and Unity would be advantageous
Experience in developing and creating lessons to a set of requirements
Desirable:
Experience in computer coding would be advantageous
An understanding of a Systems Approach to Training, DSAT(JSP822) and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) would be advantageous

The Instructional Product Support (IPST) Team:
As Courseware Media developer, you will work alongside the Courseware Development team within the Instructional Product Support team creating new and updating graphical and media content to support Courseware development and delivery. Additionally, you will be required to drive innovation and create Virtual and Augmented Reality content for Virtual Aircraft projects
