Job Title: Integrated Planning and Support Manager

Location: RAF Coningsby – on site

Salary: £63,900

 

What you’ll be doing:

Lead a department which includes a diverse range of individuals and SMEs from different disciplines
Evaluating and assessing the performance of the organisation to understand the impact of change and support continuous improvement of the organisation
Enable a safe working environment for colleagues on site and the output of a safe and quality product through accurate and efficient planning
Building strong relationships with customers, and other key internal and external stakeholders
Analysing, understanding and implementing the organisational requirements for the key deliverables at TyTAN to enable successful achievement of project deliverables
Your skills and experience:

Awareness of product knowledge and a good understanding of the relationship with the interfacing and contributory areas
Ability to analyse and interpret data utilising key metrics and performance indicators to understand and enable the development of the organisation
Comprehensive understanding of current IT software packages (Excel, planning software, modelling software)
Strong understanding of Project Management and Continuous Improvement techniques
Minimum HND in relevant planning or technical discipline or suitable equivalent and/or demonstrated experience of planning within an aircraft operating environment

The Maintenance and Operations team:

As the Integrated Planning and Support Manager, you report to the Head of Operations and lead a team of fifty professionals and executives. This role is responsible for overseeing activity planning across TyTAN in both on-aircraft and off-aircraft environments, as well as supporting the RAF with fleet planning and Modelling.
