Salford Quays, M50 3SP

Salary is £24K + excellent benefits & commission

A Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday only) …Perm and Fixed Term contracts available

 

Hybrid home and office working options available once signed off – This is not a fully remote working position.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as a subject matter expert you will work as part of a team handling new business enquiries and across its existing business retention portfolio.

You’ll provide quality support to clients in line with Bupa standards, putting them ‘at the heart of everything we do’ while working to achieve sales targets in line with business plans.

You’ll comply with regulatory and legislative requirements as appropriate and support senior team members in delivering service improvement initiatives.

You’ll build relationships and expand your portfolio, making your own contribution to our culture of outstanding performance.

 

What’s a typical day?

You’ll provide quality client service to potential customers and clients in line with Bupa standards and reputation, and make sure telephony activity requirements are achieved.

You’ll take ownership of customer queries, identify and understand the customers’ needs and resolve them appropriately.

You’ll aim to achieve quality and volume targets as outlined in the business plan, whilst demonstrating a thorough understanding of Bupa products and services and sell appropriately.

All your activity will comply with FCA or CQC regulations. Furthermore, you’ll engage with the clients and work with peers and colleagues across Bupa to draw upon all available resources and make use of these to provide the highest quality service possible.

 

Who we’re looking for?

You should have telephony-based sales experience and a clear, confident technique

Enthusiasm and desire to learn and understand Bupa products and policies, and understanding of the importance of working ethically and compliantly in a regulated environment

An empathetic and sensitive approach whilst having engaging stakeholder management and effective relationship-building skills

Excellent standard of written communication

You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to take ownership of queries to resolution by using outstanding communication skills, with a consultative, credible manner

A customer-focused, target-driven, flexible approach

Experience in sales would be amazing, but not essential
