Marketing Executive – Well+

Salford Quays

Hybrid (WFH up to 3 days per week)

Permanent

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

ÂŁ25,000 – ÂŁ31,000 + fantastic benefits

This is an exciting new role, created to support the promotion of our new digital healthcare subscription product, Well+. Working with the Well+ Marketing Manager, this individual will live and breathe the new product and most importantly the target audience. The individual will need to be driven, resilient, up for a challenge and bursting with ideas. Experience of working in a new business marketing role would be preferable, but a hunger to learn and develop will also be key.

 

How you’ll help us make health happen:

 

Creating, developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to support Well+ business growth and profitability of our direct and Intermediated Consumer Well+ customer base.
Using our marketing campaigns to differentiate and set Bupa apart from our competition to deliver long term sustainable advantage in the in the health and wellbeing industry.
Being the voice of the Well+ customer within Bupa, and working closely with digital development teams to create and deliver a backlog to deliver ongoing improvements to the Well+ customer journey.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

 

Experience in a marketing and communications role
Ability to support the delivery of multiple high-profile projects at pace.
Ability to effectively oversee delivery work under tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills, project management and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong determined communicator and negotiator
Resilience and confidence in own and Bupa’s ability to succeed.
Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with customers and colleagues building compliance, authenticity and trust.
