Job Description

Job title: Laundry Assistant (Part Time)

Location: Puttenham Hill House Care Home, Off Hogs Back, Puttenham, Guilford, GU3 1AH

Salary: ÂŁ12.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent – 15 hours per week

Shifts: 3 x 5 hour days – must be flexible and will include alternate weekends.

**Can be flexible with hours to fit around school times**

You’ll help us make health happen by:

Always maintaining high standards of laundry within our home
Keeping our resident’s looking and feeling great; you will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing and repairing items of clothing as needed
Maintaining linen stocks for day to day use around the home, you’ll raise any issues to the Senior Housekeeper as you go
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you’ll be comfortable multitasking and where necessary working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their home.
