Title: Associate Director/Director – OPRE Valuation (GEOS)

Location: Regional UK (for example based in our Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh office)

CBRE’s Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our business and aid in the growth of our Valuation & Advisory function.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a range of other operational sectors such as healthcare, hotels, pubs and leisure, and self-storage.

The role includes preparing trading, investment, and development valuations, writing reports, analysing client data, and providing market-facing advice. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development by building client relationships and attending industry events.

Key Requirements:
RICS qualified and a registered valuer
Ideally with relevant experience, but not essential
Participate in business development activities
Advanced IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
