Role Purpose

This role will be an integral part of the learning and development team, supporting the HSE service line within Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain details of HSE training courses on Talent Coach
Review the training report from Talent Coach to understand how many courses are require
Liaise with Training providers to coordinate training, book per quarter in advance, based on the above
Book rooms for in person training
Load dates to Talent Coach
Advertise in Property Management communications
Add dates to HSE diary
Send attendee list to Training providers
Inform Training providers of new joiners, as required
Update attendee list with completed attendees / no shows once info received from Training providers
Save training provider completion certs to Product & Service Excellence MS Teams page, HSE channel (once received from Training providers) circulate link to completed attendees
Create and run ad hoc reports from Talent Coach for course registration and attendance.
Person Specification/Requirements

Taking ownership of the day to day processes and issues
Previous experience of working within Learning and Development
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail and processes
Highly organised – able to manage and progress multiple on going tasks over time
Good interpersonal skills
Deals effectively with colleagues and clients, good customer service is essential
Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
The ability to articulate and implement new ideas
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Flexible approach to work
Self-motivated and can do attitude
Good telephone manner
Confident and assertive where required
