Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and document functional requirements for clients.
• Manage the booking and progression of projects through the studio.
• Respond to client queries and manage communications.
• Analyse new or revised client requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Build, support, and maintain client portals and CRM applications.
• Manage critical paths and estimates to ensure timely client delivery.
• Implement internal department and corporate projects.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers and share them appropriately.
• Handle invoicing for projects and manage ecommerce projects, including uploading to client systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation, as well as internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
